Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure smooth operations across processing, packaging, and facility equipment. This role is critical to keeping our production running efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and food quality.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise maintenance technicians, fabricators, and building maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules and assign work to meet operational needs.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtime and costs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards; provide safety training as needed.
• Manage equipment purchasing and vendor contracts in collaboration with the purchasing department.
• Monitor maintenance costs and manage the annual budget.
• Support food safety and quality programs, including GMP, HACCP, FSMA, SQF, and regulatory compliance.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience: 10+ years in maintenance and staff management, preferably in the food industry.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, machine building, and PLCs.
• Proficiency in CMMS, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work at extended heights.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Pay: $84, $115,562.00 per year
