Shift Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant during your assigned shifts. Your main goal will be to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, provide excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Wing Snob Duties:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant during assigned shifts
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with other managers to develop strategies for improving overall restaurant performance

Wing Snob Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shift management or supervisory role in the food industry
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, safety, and sanitation standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
