Must be available Monday - Thursday for the closing shift, on Friday and weekends the closing shift is required.

Pay: $ $13.00 per hour

Shift Lead Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership

• Supervise and support game room attendants during the shift.
• Delegate tasks (cleaning, restocking, guest assistance, etc.).
• Ensure staff follow company policies and dress code.
• Serve as the main point of contact for team questions or issues.

2. Customer Service

• Handle guest complaints and escalate them when necessary.
• Ensure guests have a positive experience.
• Monitor and maintain game functionality and cleanliness.

3. Game & Floor Operations

• Check machines regularly for malfunctions and report them.
• Oversee token/card machines and redemption counters.
• Ensure safety standards are met throughout the arcade.

4. Communication

• Relay important updates or changes from management to the team.
• Complete shift change reports or checklists.
• Communicate any incidents, shortages, or maintenance issues.

5. Cash & Inventory Control

• Assist with till counts or card reload station oversight.
• Monitor inventory (prizes, game cards, etc.) and restock as needed.
• Weekly reports, Sunday nights

6. Training & Mentorship

• Help onboard and train new team members.
• Lead by example through strong work ethic and attitude.
