Responsibilities- Lead-generate 15 hours per week – Consistent prospecting fuels your pipeline and the team's growth.
- Host two branded open houses monthly – Showcase listings, capture new leads, and deepen market expertise.
- Convert buyer consultations to signed agreements – Ask the right questions, identify properties quickly, and guide clients from search to close.
- Secure and market listings – Price strategically, advise on staging, and deploy our in-house marketing to maximize exposure and sale price.
- Negotiate contracts for buyers and sellers – Protect client interests while moving transactions smoothly to closing.
- Track every touchpoint in Brivity – Ensure nothing falls through the cracks and leverage data to refine your approach.
- Master scripts, weekly role-play, and team trainings – Sharpen skills, handle objections with confidence, and stay ahead of market shifts.
- Active Alabama real-estate license or enrollment in our in-house pre-license course (starting at $299)
- 3+ years of residential sales experience OR a proven track record in a high-performance sales environment
- Self-starter who thrives on prospecting, relationship-building, and overcoming objections
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting in person and on video
- Organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn Brivity, Command, and other KW platforms
- Growth-minded, coachable, and committed to our culture of collaboration and accountability
