Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc., Cincinnati OH, has multiple openings for the position of Sr. Site Reliability Engineer. Work will be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Ability to travel and/or relocate is required. Telecommuting may be permitted.
The Sr. Site Reliability Engineer will monitor and improve computer systems to help the IT department with emergency response and capacity planning, building alerts for various operational issues that computer systems can experience. Work with many professionals, such as IT Managers, to ensure the organization's computer systems work as efficiently as possible and can continue to deliver products and services in computer system environment. Focus on maintaining uninterrupted operations from the beginning to the end of a software's life cycle. Incorporate
various software engineering aspects to develop and implement services that improve IT and support teams. Provide services including production code changes, alerting and monitoring adjustments, building proprietary tools from the scratch to mitigate weaknesses in incident management or software delivery.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or any technical/analytical field that is closely related to the specialty, plus six (6) years of experience in the same or similar IT/Computer-related field. Required experience must include working with: GitLab/GitHub; CI/CD pipelines; Docker; Kubernetes; Terraform; AWS; Azure; and Bitbucket. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required for this position (no visa sponsorship available).
Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position is $129,563 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
