The Role

As
Digital Account Director
, you will be a key driver of M32 Connect's commercial growth.

You will represent our publisher network in Quebec and English Canada with agencies and advertisers, building strong relationships, negotiating programmatic deals, and leading high-performing direct sales.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping M32's market presence by positioning our offering as a go-to solution for advertisers who want to reach engaged local audiences in premium environments.

This is a hands-on, results-driven role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building trust-based relationships, and wants to have a direct impact on the Canadian media ecosystem.

What We Offer

Key Responsibilities

Representation and Sales Development

  • Represent M32 Connect's publisher network to agencies, trading desks, and direct advertisers in Quebec and English Canada
  • Negotiate programmatic deals (PG, PD, PMP, etc.)
  • Develop and close direct sales campaigns to promote publishers' premium inventory and M32's innovative creative formats
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of M32's presence in the market

Revenue Growth

  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize revenue for our represented publishers and diversify monetization sources
  • Closely monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations when needed

Client Relationship & Service

  • Deliver outstanding client service with proactive, transparent, and solution-oriented communication
  • Build and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and agencies
  • Present M32's capabilities along with relevant initiatives, formats, and opportunities tailored to client needs

Documentation & Communication

  • Prepare presentations, media kits, sales collateral, and strategic recommendations to support commercial proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth alignment in campaign planning and execution

Market & Strategic Intelligence

  • Stay on top of trends, innovations, and developments in the digital advertising landscape, both in programmatic and direct sales
  • Monitor industry movements, platform changes, advertiser behavior, and new opportunities relevant to publishers

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and digital formats
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
  • High level of autonomy, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships
  • Strong team player
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
