We're looking for a skilled, people-first Store Manager who is ready to lead from the front. This is a working manager position—you'll not only oversee daily operations, team performance, and client experience, but also roll up your sleeves to install windshields, perform glass repairs, and support our tint team when needed.

Key Responsibilities – What You'll Be Leading & Doing
Leadership & Operations
Oversee daily shop operations, scheduling, workflow, and team coordination
Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to safety and installation standards
Train, mentor, and support technicians and apprentices to perform at their best
Maintain shop organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
Monitor KPIs, inventory, and equipment needs while supporting management with reporting
Hands-On Technical Work (Working Manager Role)
Perform auto glass installation and repair (windshields, door glass, back glass, etc.)
Assist with automotive window tinting as needed
Ensure proper techniques and best practices are consistently followed
Support field service work, including mobile jobs, when required
Client Experience & Communication
Greet and support customers with professionalism and care
Clearly explain services, timelines, and aftercare instructions
Resolve escalations and ensure every client receives a WOW experience
What We're Looking For in an Ideal Store Manager
Technical Expertise
Proven experience in auto glass installation (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
Tinting experience is an asset, or willingness to learn
Strong understanding of tools, equipment, and safety practices
Leadership & Management Skills
Experience leading a small team or supervising operations (formal or informal)
Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a high-performing team
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Personal Qualities
Friendly, professional, and client-focused
Reliable and punctual — you follow through and set the standard
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at varying heights
Embodies the Ideal Team Player mindset — humble, hungry, and people smart
Business Development & Sales (The Hustle)
Proactively seek out new business accounts — fleets, dealerships, body shops, trucking companies, equipment operators, and local businesses
Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
Follow up on leads, create sales opportunities, and close new accounts
Represent All-Brite at community events, networking groups, and business meet-ups
Initiate partnerships that support long-term growth of the shop
(This is a big part of the role — we want someone excited to get out there and grow revenue.)
