Job Description:**

Senior SQL Server Developer to support our Data and Operations team in building scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Azure Data Factory (ADF), and will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

•    Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server and Azure SQL databases to support operational and analytical workloads. 

•    Build and manage robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory to integrate data from diverse sources. 

•    Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and engineers to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. 

•    Optimize T-SQL queries and stored procedures for performance and scalability. 

•    Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal and external standards. 

•    Support data governance initiatives and contribute to metadata management. 

•    Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, ensuring reliability and accuracy. 

•    Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and analysts. 

List Experience and Skills needed: (please add experience/skills needed)

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 

• years of experience in SQL Server development and database design. 

•    3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure SQL and Azure Data Factory. 

•    Strong proficiency in T-SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning. 

•    Experience with SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS. 

•    Familiarity with data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and operational reporting. 

•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

•    Experience with Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Key Vault. 

•    Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools. 

•    Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Azure. 

•    Microsoft certifications such as Azure Data Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
