Our rapidly growing, privately owned Tax Office is looking for a friendly, energetic, highly motivated and organized front desk receptionist in Klamath Falls. Job Duties summarized and not limited to:
- Greeting and checking in clients
- Answering phones or calling to schedule appointments
- Assisting in maintaining flow throughout the office
- Providing excellent customer service
- Entering notes and documenting things in detail
- Provide regular communication with the Office Manager regarding the status of daily operations
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Work Location: In person
