The Sales Manager will oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing contracts, while also nurturing long-term client partnerships after staging projects are complete.

Key Responsibilities
- Own, manage, and exceed annual sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that expand our customer base
- Build and nurture long term relationships with agents, investors, builders, and homeowners
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions that maximize value
- Present and communicate value propositions through proposals, meetings, and presentations
- Negotiate, prepare, and close staging contracts
- Maintain relationships post-staging to encourage repeat business
- Conduct in-person client meetings and attend industry networking events
- Create monthly sales reports and performance reviews
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer insights
- Collaborate with the Executive Team on marketing, events, and brand strategy
- Support and mentor other sales team members when needed
- Ensure accurate completion of contracts, documentation, and CRM updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Executive, or Sales Director
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Ability to clearly articulate service offerings and value propositions
- Excellent leadership, time management, and self-motivation
- Experience developing client-focused solutions
- Familiarity with the real estate or home services industry is a plus

Pay: $40, $80,000.00 per year
