Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse team and oversee daily logistics operations. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory flow, controlling operational processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring safety and compliance throughout warehouse activities.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. Bilingual ability in English & Chinese or English & Spanish preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Management

  • Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Optimize warehouse workflow, labor allocation, and storage planning to maximize efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor operational KPIs to maintain productivity and accuracy.
  • Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and reach trucks.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination

  • Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and reconciliation of stock discrepancies.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers, freight partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor parcel and pallet flow to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records using WMS, RF scanners, Excel, and internal systems.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate warehouse team members and shift leaders.
  • Provide training on safety protocols, warehouse procedures, and equipment operation.
  • Conduct daily briefings and performance evaluations for warehouse staff.
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and scheduling warehouse employees.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and company standards.
  • Conduct safety audits and oversee proper use of PPE and warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.

Process Improvement

  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement operational improvements.
  • Develop and execute strategies to reduce costs, improve accuracy, and enhance labor efficiency.
  • Collaborate with upper management to support business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of warehouse operations experience; 1–2 years in a supervisory or manager role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, warehouse management systems (WMS), and inventory control.
  • Proficiency with RF scanners, Excel, and data-driven reporting.
  • Experience managing small parcel operations, e-commerce fulfillment, or distribution centers is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forklift certification preferred; working knowledge of warehouse equipment required.
  • Bilingual ability in English & Chinese or English & Spanish preferred.
