Cocktail Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a EXPERIENCED Cocktail Waitress to join our team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will have a big personality and comfortable talking to guests.

* Must be able to do the bottle walk/dance for bottle service.

*Must have physical aesthetic for night life.

*Must be comfortable working in the night life.

*As a Cocktail Waitress, you will be responsible for providing guests with a great experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Take beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Upsell beverages and menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, showcasing culinary knowledge when applicable.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
• Support bussing duties as required to maintain a clean dining environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, OpenTable, or similar systems is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy atmosphere.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality.
• Knowledge of food handling, preparation, sanitation practices, and food safety standards is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling are required.
