How Does this Benefit You? * Hourly Rates between $15 and $20 an Hour (40 hours per week) * Free Unlimited Gym Membership (worth $179 per month) * Training & Development * Bonus Based on Performance * Free Work Uniform * A Flexible Career Path with opportunities for you to grow and explore various aspects of the business, including: * Promotion to a higher-level role * Training to become an Orangetheory Coach What You Can Expect: * As a Membership Consultant, you will be responsible for talking to prospective members about our product, signing them up for a membership and ensuring they are happy and enjoying their Orangetheory experience. * You will be closely involved in helping to motivate members throughout their fitness journey. * Career progression is based on your commitment to member retention and satisfaction. Your Role Encompasses: * Working as a team to provide industry-leading service and member care. * Involvement in lead generation, outreach and events. * Maintain accurate records using established sales systems. * Actively and enthusiastically contribute to member appreciation and member referral activities. * Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls. * Welcome people to the studio for their first class and lead Orangetheory studio tours focusing on closing the sale. * Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly, positive entrance into the Orangetheory studio. * Constantly focus on improving your studio environment, including a daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) for shift activities. * Responsible for processing accurate attendance and credit card transactions. * Respond immediately and in a caring manner to all member requests, inquiries, and concerns. * Works in partnership with the fitness team to ensure that processes are fulfilled.
