We`re looking for a Content & Channels Coordinator to support the creation and delivery of engaging content across our internal and external channels. You`ll help bring our corporate brand to life through clear, compelling communications that connect with our audiences. In this role, you`ll work closely with the Communications team to produce, schedule and upload content for social media, our website, intranet and key publications. You`ll help maintain our tone of voice, support the management of our content and cultural calendars and contribute to improving user experience across digital platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in communications, with a focus on content creation, channel support and audience engagement. What You`ll Be Doing
Create or commission and schedule content for social media, website, intranet and other channels. Manage the content calendar and support the development of a cultural calendar (both hosted on the Monday.com platform) aligned with key themes and moments. Help ensure content reflects our brand tone of voice and style. Check and edit content on our unitegroup.com website (WordPress) to ensure content is always up to date. Upload news, reports and content on a regular basis. Monitor and report website content performance, making recommendations for improvements. Help ensure content is clear, accessible and easy to navigate. Develop skills to become the team expert, creating workflows for our Copy AI platform. Develop skills to convert PDF designs into digital or micro-site assets using our Relayto online platform. Assist in coordinating the production of key publications, including the annual report and sustainability report. Monitor audience engagement across channels and suggest ideas to improve reach and impact. Help track performance and contribute to reporting and recommendations. What We’re Looking for in You
Strong writing skills and attention to detail. A passion for storytelling and engaging audiences. Basic understanding of social media and digital content best practices. Willingness to learn and adapt to online new tools and trends. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks. Some experience with content creation or communications (e.g. through internships, freelance work, or university projects). Familiarity with tone of voice and brand guidelines is a plus.
