We are hiring a Shipping Clerk for our busy facility in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all outgoing shipments. Your duties will include verifying order details, selecting appropriate packaging materials, carefully packing items, and ensuring all shipments are correctly labeled and documented for carrier pickup. You will be the gatekeeper of our outgoing product, ensuring quality and accuracy before it leaves our facility. This position requires excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as the ability to perform tasks such as Lifting packages weighing up to 40 pounds. Maintaining a safe and organized shipping area is paramount, and you must adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and procedures. All required PPE will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our critical Logistics operations and develop valuable skills in shipping and supply chain management. We are looking for a dependable and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently. Your commitment to accuracy and speed will directly impact our customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You may also assist with tracking shipments, managing shipping supplies, and processing returns. Experience with shipping software is a plus.
