Our dynamic logistics facility in Los Angeles, California, is looking for experienced Forklift Operators to join our team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials within the warehouse. This critical role involves operating forklifts to load and unload trucks, move inventory, and stage products for shipment. Maintaining a safe work environment is our top priority, and all operators must strictly adhere to safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and all operational safety procedures. Your precision and reliability are key to our warehouse's productivity and overall logistics flow. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and trailers.
- Stack and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance checks on forklifts.
- Assist with inventory counts and record keeping.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the use of PPE and safe Lifting practices.
- Report any operational issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Valid forklift operator certification and proven experience.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to perform Lifting tasks up to 50 pounds when necessary.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
