We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Washington, D.C. This leadership role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. You will be responsible for supervising staff, setting daily goals, ensuring productivity, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. A commitment to promoting a culture of Safety is essential, and you will be responsible for enforcing all Safety regulations and ensuring the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by your team. This role involves overseeing processes that may include significant Lifting, and you must be able to assist or demonstrate proper techniques when needed, lifting up to 50 lbs. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are a must. Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is required.
