Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Dallas, Texas. This leadership role is vital to overseeing the daily operations of our distribution center, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of warehouse management, and a commitment to fostering a productive and positive work environment. You will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing workflow, implementing best practices in logistics, and ensuring all safety regulations are met. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on our operational success.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff, including order pickers, packers, and general associates.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflow strategies to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all staff are trained on proper Safety procedures and the use of PPE.
  • Resolve operational issues and employee conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure all machinery is in good working order.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse and logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Commitment to promoting a culture of Safety and ensuring the correct use of PPE.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve occasional Lifting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings.
