Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Los Angeles, California. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and store items appropriately.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and order pick lists.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely (certification may be required).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock adjustments.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies to management.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve efficiency and learn new warehouse processes.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Capability to handle heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic inventory control principles.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
