Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on order sheets and system prompts.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Select appropriate packaging materials and ensure items are securely packed for transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers (training provided).
- Label shipments accurately and prepare them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse logistics operation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is beneficial. Commitment to workplace Safety. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
