Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Colorado Springs, Colorado! We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to contribute to our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. This role is essential for our logistics and supply chain, requiring attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to workplace Safety.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE, including safety glasses and work boots.
- Must be capable of regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Support overall logistics and team objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
