Our growing logistics operation in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking reliable and efficient Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately picking orders, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring all items are packaged securely and efficiently. This role is fundamental to our ability to meet customer demands and maintain a high level of service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing warehouse equipment and adhering to strict safety guidelines. A keen eye for detail is crucial to ensure order accuracy and minimize errors. The ability to perform consistent lifting (up to 40 lbs) and maintain productivity is a key requirement. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and all employees must use the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). - Accurately picking products from warehouse shelves according to order slips.
- Inspecting items for damage before packing.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Labeling packages correctly for shipment.
- Preparing orders for shipping carriers.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily shipping targets.
