Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to specific requirements.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any issues.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting.
- Support other warehouse functions as directed by supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Follow all logistics and shipping procedures to ensure timely dispatch.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse machinery.
- Understanding of and commitment to workplace safety, including proper PPE usage.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A proactive mindset towards identifying and resolving potential safety hazards in logistics.
