Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for the entire shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and wear required PPE .
