As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in picking, packing, and preparing a variety of products for shipment. Your duties will include accurately fulfilling orders using our WMS, packaging items securely, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Safety is paramount; all associates are required to use provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strictly follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a secure workplace. This position requires physical stamina, including regular lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse inventory.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing.
- Package products securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Stage orders for outgoing delivery.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the fulfillment area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
- Perform other fulfillment-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order instructions accurately.
- Skilled in using scanning equipment and basic warehouse tools.
- Capacity for frequent lifting, standing, and manual dexterity.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
