Are you ready to be part of a fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment operation? Our Las Vegas, Nevada facility is looking for enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. This is a dynamic position that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence in a warehouse setting.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using scanning equipment and pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and product details.
- Stage finished orders for shipping carriers, ensuring timely dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on the fulfillment floor.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory counts and support overall inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and deadlines.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift.
- Capacity to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player attitude and willingness to help others.
- Basic computer proficiency for using scanning devices and systems.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
