You'll be part of a dedicated team working to meet customer demands and maintain the smooth flow of goods through our distribution center.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise according to established procedures.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring the safe handling of all products.
- Organize warehouse shelves and storage areas, maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
- Operate manual and powered equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to support accurate stock management.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and housekeeping duties.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
