We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Miami, Florida. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. Your key responsibilities will include managing a team of warehouse associates, optimizing workflow, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of warehouse management and logistics principles. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team.
- Manage receiving, warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment operations.
- Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure efficient and accurate order processing and shipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and accuracy, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, ensuring full compliance with Safety regulations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Ensure all team members consistently wear and use appropriate PPE .
- Manage departmental budgets and contribute to overall Logistics strategy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and Logistics .
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and relevant software.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including occasional Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all regulations.
