We are seeking enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates to join our growing e-commerce logistics center in San Diego, California. In this role, you will be at the forefront of processing and shipping customer orders with speed and accuracy. Responsibilities include picking items from inventory, packing them securely, labeling packages, and preparing them for dispatch. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to upholding our high standards for customer satisfaction and operational Safety. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order fulfillment slips or scanner technology.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping boxes or containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for outbound logistics.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming goods.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Understanding of Safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with basic scanning equipment is a plus.
- Passion for contributing to efficient logistics operations.
