We are hiring a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to support our growing logistics operations in Provo, Utah. This position offers a hands-on role in a vital part of our supply chain, focusing on efficient and accurate handling of goods. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Ensure proper use of PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to Safety and following instructions.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including some weekends if needed.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Familiarity with PPE requirements.
