We are searching for a detail-oriented and motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-paced logistics hub in San Jose, California. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders within our distribution center. Your duties will include picking and packing items with precision, ensuring that all orders are correctly assembled and prepared for shipment. You will also assist with receiving and stocking new inventory, maintaining organized storage areas, and conducting regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy. A strong commitment to safety is essential, and you will be expected to strictly adhere to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety vests and gloves. This position requires a good level of physical fitness, including the ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift items up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift. Experience with warehouse management systems and order fulfillment processes is a significant advantage. You will work as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
