We are seeking a diligent and energetic Material Handler to join our logistics team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is vital to the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations, focusing on the safe and efficient movement of materials. As a Material Handler, your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and distributing incoming stock, as well as preparing outgoing shipments. You will utilize various hand tools and equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, to transport goods throughout the facility. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is also a key part of the job. Safety is our utmost priority, and all employees must strictly follow safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses and gloves. This physically demanding position requires the ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects regularly, often up to 50 pounds. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is beneficial but not strictly required, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily operational goals and ensure efficient workflow. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential.
