We are hiring motivated Warehouse Workers for our Sacramento, California facility! Your duties will include receiving and unloading products, accurately storing items, picking and packing orders for distribution, and preparing shipments. This role requires individuals who are physically fit, reliable, and possess a strong sense of responsibility. A commitment to safety is paramount, and you will be expected to follow all company safety policies, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The job involves significant physical exertion, including frequent lifting of items, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately store and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and correctly.
- Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- Perform regular lifting of products, up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics flow.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
