We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Worker to join our Los Angeles, California facility. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment are essential. You'll work closely with other team members to manage inventory, operate equipment, and contribute to the overall success of our supply chain. The ideal candidate is physically fit, able to handle frequent Lifting, and understands the importance of precision in all warehouse activities. We provide comprehensive training on all equipment and safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Store materials and products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all PPE requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Perform manual Lifting tasks up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics network by upholding high standards.
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and operate warehouse machinery.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting.
- Understanding of basic inventory management principles.
