Portland, Oregon, is seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead our talented warehouse team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including managing staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Your leadership will be key to optimizing inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team effectively. You will ensure that all Safety regulations are followed meticulously and that all team members are utilizing the correct PPE . This position may involve some Lifting , but the primary focus is on leadership and operational oversight. Your expertise in Logistics and warehouse management will be invaluable. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct daily warehouse operations and staff.
- Ensure efficient and accurate order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Implement and enforce all company policies and Safety procedures.
- Train and mentor warehouse associates.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor productivity and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain a safe work environment.
