Assistant General Manager

Position Summary

The Assistant General Manager helps lead daily operations, uphold company standards, and develop team members while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for training, labor management, inventory control, scheduling, and supporting the full hiring and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute all daily restaurant operations
• Maintain full knowledge of all restaurant positions and functions
• Manage labor and cost of goods (COGs) to meet targets
• Oversee inventory counts, ordering, rotation, and accuracy
• Submit and manage invoices
• Create schedules that balance labor goals with team and business needs
• Uphold and enforce all company standards, systems, and procedures
• Lead hiring efforts, including vetting candidates and scheduling interviews
• Manage the full hiring process from interview to onboarding
• Direct and oversee employee training and development
• Take ownership of store performance and inspire others to do the same

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong understanding of labor management and inventory control
• Ability to train, coach, and hold team members accountable
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead with consistency, integrity, and positivity
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends
