What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Shape the architecture of the Risk Platform that powers the employer's services Articulate a long-term technical direction for web and mobile platforms Build user-friendly interfaces using modern tools like React, React Native, and Typescript Develop a tangible roadmap in collaboration with engineers, product managers, and leadership Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience, particularly in web app development Proficiency in JavaScript and modern, component-based UI frameworks such as React Familiarity with current trends in front-end architecture, including performance and security Experience collaborating closely with designers and product managers throughout the product lifecycle Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working on front-end teams in the finance or compliance sectors At least 1 year of experience in developing React Native mobile applications or transitioning existing apps to React Native
