Your Job As a Sales Executive, you will conduct outbound calling to warm leads provided, focusing on establishing customer needs and guiding them to the best plan. You will achieve monthly sales targets, manage your pipeline in Salesforce, and maintain accurate records.
Main Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets, directly impacting earnings and career growth.
Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their healthcare needs and providing tailored solutions.
Master our global healthcare insurance products and navigate regulatory requirements with confidence.
Work alongside a dynamic sales team to achieve individual and shared success.
Reach and surpass set standards, showcasing dedication to excellence.
Utilise Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline and track progress.
Sell with integrity and build trust with every customer interaction.
Keep accurate records and files, ensuring smooth operations.
Take on ad‑hoc tasks and contribute to overall business success.
Skills And Knowledge Needed
Experience in outbound telesales to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
Thrives autonomously and as part of a supportive team.
Skilled in securing deals and exceeding customer expectations.
Identifies and addresses customer needs with empathy and efficiency.
Articulates ideas clearly and persuasively, verbally and in writing.
Demonstrates ability to make informed choices.
Prioritises tasks and manages workflow effectively.
Navigates systems and utilises Microsoft applications with ease.
Adheres to industry regulations and maintains ethical standards such as FSMA.
What We Offer Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday (8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm, 10am – 6pm, 12pm – 8pm) with one late shift per week.
4 weeks of training provided on start.
