Open and approachable: you actively share knowledge, explain your methodology, and make data accessible and understandable for everyone
Trusted with confidentiality: you handle sensitive people data with discretion and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality
Curious and proactive: you have a genuine passion for uncovering insights and take initiative to explore data that could add value
Integrated team member: you want to be embedded within the People & Culture team, understanding their challenges first‑hand and building solutions together
