Job Description This role is a 12 month Placement Year starting in Summer 2026
Assist in design reviews & meetings; racking & de-racking showroom and note taking
Booking DHLs and collecting parcels for the team
Support the design team with trend research
Support the design team with tech packs across brands & product categories
Assisting in fit sessions; typing comments & preparing samples ahead of sessions
Sample management; Ensuring samples are put away after fit sessions & meetings. Keeping the sample cupboards tidy & organised.
Responsible for purchasing bought samples and managing office expenses
Keep seasonal range boards up to date with correct CADs & style information
Ensure office suppliers are kept stocked and order/replenish when needed
Generally supporting the team with tasks & workflow
Qualifications
Studying towards a relevant Design/Fashion Degree and able to complete this as a Sandwich Year
Some experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Experience working within a similar teamenvironment -
A keen interest in fashion design & development
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
A positive approach to tasks and challenges
Good verbal and written communication skills
Able to be based at our London office for the duration of the placement
