What You'll Be Responsible For:
Designing and rolling out enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD‑WAN environments
Owning Azure networking expertise, guiding integration, compliance, and security practices
Introducing automation through tools such as Ansible to simplify provisioning and monitoring
Defining secure network controls, including firewalls, VPNs, segmentation, and zero‑trust principles
Translating strategic designs into detailed documentation and hands‑on implementation
Optimising performance and scalability, while overseeing patching, vulnerability management, and lifecycle planning
Partnering with architecture and security teams to deliver compliant, business‑aligned solutions
Candidate Profile:
5+ years in network engineering roles
Strong background in branch connectivity and SD‑WAN delivery
Deep knowledge of Azure Virtual Network design (subnetting, peering, NSGs)
Practical expertise with core and top‑of‑rack switching environments
Track record of implementing zero‑trust networking and advanced firewall policies
Skilled in troubleshooting and familiar with automation/orchestration (e.g. Ansible)
Preferred Exposure:
Financial services or regulated industry background
Experience with HPE Aruba solutions is highly desirable (Switches, ClearPass, Aruba Central)
Working knowledge of Sophos Firewalls and Linux for diagnostics
Professional certifications such as Azure Network Engineer Associate or CCNP
