SALES ASSISTANT(S) , to be based at our beautiful
Mamas & Papas Dundee store .
This Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant vacancy covering 8 hours per week, including either Saturdays, Sundays or both.

If you come from a retail assistant, sales assistant, or customer service background & love putting a smile on customers’ faces, leaving them with magical moments they'll never forget, then we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Provide friendly, knowledge‑based assistance to customers
Offer product insight and recommendations during in‑store events and personal shopping experiences
Act as a consultant for parent‑to‑be events and car‑seat consultations
Help guide customers along their unique parenting journey
Qualifications
Retail assistant, sales assistant or customer service experience
Ability to build rapport and deliver excellent customer service
Passion for helping customers and creating memorable moments
