*A Note on AI Tools:*
We support the use of LLMs and AI tools in our work and have established standards for their responsible use. However, during the application process we want to see what you can do without them. With AI access so widely available, it's your own thinking, problem-solving, and technical ability that will differentiate you from other candidates. If we identify clear and undeclared AI-generated work, we won't be progressing your candidacy.
