Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in leading the forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning cycles for a dynamic $4 billion global market segment.

In this high-impact position, you will be instrumental in building strong partnerships across our broader finance, supply chain, and customer teams. Your expertise will be crucial in deciphering the key dynamics influencing financial results, pinpointing areas for improvement, and identifying opportunities to mitigate risks and enhance overall financial performance. You will also lead critical quantitative and qualitative analysis to support key customer negotiations.

Detailed Description

Tasks performed includes but not limited to, the following:

• Lead the development of the annual operating plan (AOP), including establishing timelines, guiding sites on key assumptions, assisting with target setting, facilitating alignment meetings, and preparing and presenting the AOP deck to the leadership team.
• Drive the development of comprehensive 3-year strategic plan and associated presentation materials.
• Leads the development of monthly executive review package including coordinating with the cross functional team on required materials & the development of several financial pages including commentary and variance analysis.
• Leads the development of the quarterly board presentation & Investor's Relation's package.
• Supports the analysis for key customer negotiations as required.
• Other duties as assigned to drive cash or profit improvements.

Typical Experience

• 8+ years of relevant finance experience.

Bachelor's degree; an Accounting designation is preferred
