About The Role
We are seeking a Software Developer with a strong background in building AI-powered applications, particularly those leveraging large language models (LLMs). In this role, you will design and deploy intelligent, scalable features that seamlessly integrate into modern web applications and backend services. This position blends hands-on full-stack engineering with cutting-edge AI development, giving you the chance to push boundaries and deliver real-world impact.

What You'll Do

• Build AI Solutions: Architect, develop, and deploy applications powered by LLMs and related models to solve complex, real-world problems.
• Integrate Systems: Ensure smooth integration of AI models with both frontend applications and backend infrastructures.
• Optimize for Scale: Implement and refine algorithms for high performance, low latency, and cost efficiency at scale.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define requirements and translate them into production-ready AI features.
• Raise the Bar: Contribute to engineering best practices by driving improvements in code quality, security, testing, and deployment processes.
• Be Reliable: Participate in on-call duties to ensure uptime and reliability of AI-driven services.

About You

• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, retrieval methods, agentic workflows, and integrating external knowledge bases.
• 3+ years of full-stack development experience, including at least 1 year working with LLMs in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience using LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph.
• Knowledge of cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying AI workloads at scale.
• Strong foundation in modern web frameworks (React, ) and API design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on designing scalable, robust AI-driven solutions.
• Strong communicator with the ability to explain advanced AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proactive learner who stays up to date with the latest advancements in AI/LLMs, tools, and industry trends.

• Experience developing multi-modal applications.
• Knowledge of guardrails, safety frameworks, and evaluation pipelines for LLM-powered systems.
• Background in training, fine-tuning, optimizing, and deploying language models.
