Case Processing Manager
Location: Richmond, BC (In-person)

About the Role
Canada Shaws Immigration Consulting is looking for a Case Processing Manager to lead immigration case operations from start to finish. You'll ensure files are accurate, submitted on time, and fully compliant with IRCC/PNP standards while managing and supporting a team of Case Processors/Assistants.
What You'll Do
Case Management & Processing
- Supervise preparation, review, and submission of immigration applications (study/work permits, visitor visas, PR, PNP, Express Entry, family class, LMIA, etc.).
- Review client documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Perform final QA checks before submission.
- Stay current on IRCC/PNP updates and adapt internal workflows.
- Handle urgent or complex cases and resolve issues with IRCC, employers, or clients.
Team Leadership & Workflow
- Lead Case Processors/Assistants and assign files to balance workload.
- Coach and train the team on procedures and documentation standards.
- Monitor productivity, timelines, and service quality.
- Conduct regular performance check-ins and support development.
Client Service
- Act as escalation point for high-priority or complex client concerns.
- Ensure consistent, timely application updates.
- Join client meetings when needed to clarify requirements and timelines.
- Maintain clear, professional communication across all stages.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all files meet IRCC, PNP, and internal standards.
- Maintain accurate case notes, checklists, CRM records, and submission logs.
- Track timelines and provide weekly status/performance reports.
- Protect client data and support internal audits/QA initiatives.
Process Improvement
- Identify workflow gaps and implement efficiency improvements.
- Update SOPs, templates, checklists, and training materials.
- Recommend enhancements to tools/systems (CRM, document management, tracking).
Other Support
- Participate in internal training and policy updates.
- Support client communication templates and FAQs.
- Assist with company events/seminars as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Legally eligible to work in Canada (Citizen/PR/valid Work Permit).
- 3–5 years in immigration case processing or consulting.
- Strong knowledge of IRCC, PNP, and employment-based programs.
- Experience supervising/mentoring staff is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in immigration studies, business, or related field.
- RCIC license is an asset (not required).
- Comfortable with CRM/case management tools + MS Office/SharePoint/Teams.
