The Opportunity

We're looking for a Red Seal Automotive Technician to join our growing team. If you're skilled, motivated, and ready to work in a shop that values your expertise and your lifestyle, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections
• Use diagnostic tools and stay current with EVs, hybrids, and new tech
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Assist with customer shuttling when needed
• Meet performance benchmarks and pursue ongoing training

What You Bring

• Red Seal Certification
• Minimum 8 years experience
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Interest in EVs, hybrids, and emerging automotive tech
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• $35–$40/hour, based on experience
• 4-day work week (Tuesday–Friday), 40 hours
