Your days will include:

• Reviewing and assessing written programs to ensure compliance with SQF requirements
• Executing and maintaining HACCP/SQF programs and SOPs
• Training new employees on HACCP/SQF procedures and company policies
• Conducting verifications and updating records
• Continuously evaluating and improving HACCP/SQF programs
• Collaborating with CFIA inspectors, Operations, and the QA team to address food safety concerns
• Contributing as a proactive team member within the SQF Department

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Relevant experience in HACCP, SQF, and food processing
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, GMPs, and HACCP/SQF (preferred)
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• A strong focus on food and workplace safety
