Join our clients Managed Services Transformation project. You'll design and implement ServiceNow architecture that drives operational efficiency and scalability for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and document ServiceNow architecture aligned with business requirements.
• Lead technical solutioning for ServiceNow modules and integrations.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure platform scalability.
• Define best practices for configuration, customization, and security.
• Conduct architecture reviews and performance optimization.
• Support migration and upgrade strategies for ServiceNow environments.
• Ensure compliance with IBM and client standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience as Application Architect with ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules.
• Ability to design complex integrations and workflows.
• Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Architect or similar certification.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for integrations.
