We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager with strong healthcare implementation experience to lead critical technology initiatives across our organization. This individual will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end—driving scope, schedule, cost, quality, and successful delivery. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and work independently while coordinating cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from definition and planning through execution, implementation, and closeout.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones; drive teams to deliver against objectives.
- Own scope, schedule, budgets, risks, and quality metrics for assigned projects.
- Standardize and coordinate IT infrastructure and network initiatives across the enterprise.
- Oversee implementation and optimization of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and email-related technologies.
- Partner with Telecom, Infrastructure, and End User Technology teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Maintain strong communication channels with project stakeholders and leadership; create and deliver status reports and documentation.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and guidance to project resources and business partners.
- Ensure effective change management practices are implemented throughout each project.
- Leverage tools such as MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word to support project tracking and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably within healthcare environments.
- Proven success leading full lifecycle technology projects, including infrastructure, network standardization, and end user technology initiatives.
- Strong experience with healthcare system implementations or upgrades.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft collaboration tools: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, SMTP/email systems.
- Experience partnering with Telecom teams and supporting enterprise communication technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification or equivalent project management credential.
- Ability to quickly step into complex environments and start contributing immediately.
- Strong self-starter who can operate independently with minimal oversight.
